What is the minimum stay?
Our minimum stay is 30 days. Longer projects are welcome, and extensions are simple: tell us your new dates and we confirm them.
Do you require a contract?
Yes. Each home is booked with a signed contract that sets the agreed duration of the stay.
Can we end a stay early?
Yes. Early termination is allowed with one month’s payment.
How does billing and payment work?
You receive one consolidated invoice per month for your whole team, instead of reimbursing individual travelers. There are no nightly rate changes or service fees. You can pay monthly, or pay once up front if your project runs longer than 30 days.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your team size, location, and dates, so we quote each request individually. Send a request with your current lodging budget and we will show you what a home could look like against it.
How quickly can we move in?
Tell us your target move-in date in the request form and we will confirm what is available.
What is included in every home?
Furnished bedrooms, a full kitchen, free laundry, high-speed internet, and a dedicated workspace. Each home also lists its own details, such as cookware, linens, and toiletries, in its card above.
Is cleaning or restocking included during a stay?
Yes. We provide bi-weekly cleaning and restocking of select supplies. Provided items such as toiletries, coffee, sugar, creamer, and detergents are starter items ONLY.
What are the house rules?
No smoking. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 5:30 AM. Fireplaces are not for guest use. Pet policy varies by home, so please ask us before booking.
Do you cover other locations or larger teams?
Yes. Beyond the featured homes, we source additional furnished homes through our network to match your team size, location, and dates. Include your target city and headcount in the request form.
